Please note that only road bikes are able to be utilised (no TT / triathlon or mountain bikes).

Please note that the ride is an open road event, adhering to normal road rules. Each group will be riding 2 abreast as a pack, and will remain together as a riding group for the duration of the ride.

Training Rides

Training rides will be organised and all registered riders will need to join us for at least three training rides.  The training rides allow riders to meet fellow participants and get you used to riding as a pack on parts of the official Bondi2Berry route.

The Route

Check out Bondi2Berry Route.

All riders will need to fundraise a minimum of $500, and set up an individual fundraising page via Grassrootz. Fundraising incentives for every rider – a chocolate box starter pack (valued at $50), 15% discount on merchandise when you reach $750, and free bib shorts (valued at $130) if you commit to fundraise $1,000 by Friday 25 June.

Insurance / Cycling Australia Membership

Please note, to participate in the Bondi2Berry ride, you must have a valid Cycling Australia Membership. If you do not have a current CA Membership, a day license will provided for you as part of your registration (note, an additional $20 will be charged) which provides coverage on event day only.

We strongly encourage all cyclists to have some form of cycling insurance which covers personal and third party, for training and every day commuting and cycling.

For additional information and options you can contact Aus Cycling, Bicycle Network, and Bicycle NSW.

Please check your jersey size (sizing chart available here) and have your Cycling Australia Membership number available if you have one.
